Havant Rotary were hosts to a Rotary Youth Study Exchange team from District 3040 in India. The team of four youngsters plus a group leader were hosted by club members who also developed a programme of entertainment mixed with culture.

The children enjoyed visits to the Spinnaker Tower, the Submarine Museum, Arundel Castle, Fort Nelson as well as the Scalextric evening. The team will be in the district until the 30th June.

The Youth Study Exchange programme provies young people with the opportunity to experience the culture of another country whilst staying with Rotarians and their families. It provides an opportunity for education, cultural understanding and the making of friendships that will last a lifetime.
